1. Weld structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium per ISO / EN drawings.
2. Set up MIG / MAG, TIG or SMAW machines to the WPS parameters.

4. Perform tack welds, root passes and cap passes on 6G-position pipes.
5. Grind, clean and prep welded joints for NDT (radiographic / ultrasonic testing).
6. Follow Fincantieri / Danieli QA sign-off and welder book stamping.
7. Use PPE — auto-darkening helmet, leather apron, fire-retardant suit, respirator.
8. Work at height on shipyard scaffolds with fall-arrest harness.
