1. Pick product from the conveyor and pack into cartons or trays.
2. Weigh, label and seal packs to the SOP.
3. Palletise cartons per the plan and shrink-wrap the pallet.
4. Follow HACCP food-safety and hygiene rules.
5. Wear hairnet, gloves, uniform and PPE at all times.
6. Do simple line-machine cleaning at shift change.
7. Record production count with the line supervisor.
8. Support the packing line during peak run windows.
