1. Hand-pick ripe vegetables into crates without bruising.
2. Grade by size and colour, remove damaged produce.

6. Record daily crate count with the field foreman.
7. Follow farm safety, PPE and pesticide re-entry rules.
8. Support the harvest team leader during peak windows.
